Job Duties:

+ Develop retail/trade marketing strategy to achieve business objectives across all product categories

+ Own responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away

+ Leverage the Global Brand Positioning and solidify the company's properties through our licensees/retailers

+ Translate and execute marketing strategy into impactful programs that attract business from wholesalers, distributors and retailers

+ Develop trade communications - traditional and digital

+ Identify category plans including range and merchandise proposals

+ Plan & Budget production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials (distribution, assortment) and promotions

+ Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales

+ Manage stock levels by retailer

+ Assure implementation of seasonal calendar among different channels during the whole year

+ Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understand forthcoming customer initiatives and monitor what local competitors are doing;

+ Provide feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives

+ Collect and disseminate Best Practice for profitable trade marketing activities


Basic Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of retail marketing/account management experience

+ 2 + years LatAm experience and understanding of the Consumer Products retail landscape

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail working in a fast paced environment

+ Fluent in Portuguese written and verbal, Spanish a plusAdditional Job Requirements
