**Responsibilities**

This role will provide sales support to NBC Sports Bay and California networks.



Job Duties



+ Assistant to VP of Sales and Sales Support and Events Manager

+ Supports Digital Sales Planner & Local Sales Team

+ Traffic HTS Digital Ad Ops

+ Handle all catering, sales internship program, reports, and helps backup national sales assistants when needed

+ Collaborate with web team & NBC Digital

+ Help host game days

+ Act as a content coordinator for the Sales team regarding this network’s programming content and shows.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Must have strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the social media (ie Facebook, Twitter, etc)

+ Must have experience providing basic administration supportAdditional Job Requirements

+ Willingness to travel and work overtime, non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays with short notice

+ Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment

+ Media Sales, broadcast industry, or internship experience preferred

+ Outlook experience preferred

+ Proven strong project management skills including organization and attention to details in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment

+ Proven strong time-management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills

+ Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude towards sales

+ Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively relay information regardingpromotional programs to internal departments and external partners

+ Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must
