**Responsibilities**

Coordinate all tasks / strategies within the sales area to the programmers for maximum export of our titles.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

- Direct support to the Sales Director and General Manager.

- Attention to exhibitors located in each of the assigned regions.

- Responsible for the planning structure to release films.

- Constant review/ adjustment of TCR

- Maximise the films’ profit in all the theatres of the assigned region.

- Check entries and performance of movies according to data. Estimates of each film reducing the error margin by analyzing the market and our product in order to reach estimated goals. (Comp´s / Annual budgeting forecast / MCS)

- Evaluation of each film possible scenarios: forecasts and final | TCR | Comp´s.

- Have a deep knowledge of the market: circuits, release schedules, logistics, historic B.O., etc. in order to maximise the film’s performance.

- Actively participate in exhibitor’s events & special activities.

- Manage & verify booking development, conditions, logistics as well as placement of in-theatre materials.

- Management of the sales team assigning different responsibilities and tasks to each one of them.

- Maintain the KDM system updated.

- Manage distribution and placement of theatrical materials in every cinema throughout the country. Check entries and performance of movies according to data. Estimate each film reducing the error- margin by analyzing the market and our product in order to reach estimated goals. (Comp´s / Annual budgeting forecast / MCS)

- Direct relationship with Home Office (London for Universal Pictures and Warner Brothers USA) regarding reports that describe the performance of the industry.
