Essential Responsibilities

+ Perform journal entries, account reconciliation and report generation on an as-needed basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc)

+ Meet with News/Technical leaders to forecast news and technical costs for pacing, long-range forecasting and operating plans

+ Prepare ad-hoc research for long-range forecasts and operating plans

+ Lead special projects associated with cost efficiencies and streamlined expense processing

+ Provide analysis and reporting for capital expenditures and fixed assets

+ Process and audit Payroll for Union and Non-Union EmployeesProcess Accounts Payable and answer Vendors’ inquiries.

+ Provide training and answer questions from employees regarding Payroll

+ Maintain files and provide Site Leases for contractual increases to prepare recurring payments


Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

+ Minimum 2 years experience in a finance, accounting or related field

+ Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

+ Experience working with the SAP General Ledger system preferredEligibility Requirements:

+ Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through to be considered

+ Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends on short notice

+ Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA

+ Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
