**Responsibilities**

This is a commercial and operationally focused role, acting as finance business partner to the UK & Eire OpCo. That will mean owning all FP&A processes and providing financial support at title, project and strategic levels.



Business partnership

- Own the OpCo Operational Storyboard, updating metrics and highlighting areas of focus.

- Support the Sales team to optimise film distribution strategies and rental terms.

- Support the Marketing team with analysis to optimise spend levels, cost splits and campaign strategies.

- Provide a focus on all rights profitability and analysis in support of new initiatives.

- Provide financial and modelling support to analyse commercial opportunities.



FP&A submissions

- Quarter end pacing for by title P&L, overheads and cash.

- Monthly re-submissions for overheads and cash.

- Weekly cash flow forecasting for International Treasury

- Annual budget for overheads.



Title tracking

- Maintain Integrated Planning Documents; work with Marketing to track cost savings and ensure PO’s and invoices are raised on a timely basis.

- By title variance analysis on all budget lines.

- Submit Territory Contribution Reports and ensure they are kept up to date.

- Maintain weekly reporting data for SMT.



Quarter end

- Prepare schedules required for Quarter close: rental accruals, open PO accruals, title allocations, rebate accruals, any others as required.

- Liaise with the Controllership Analyst to ensure all postings are made correctly and the Quarterly accounts are accurately presented.



Other

- Work with International Finance to roll out any new or best practice UK processes to other territories.

- Lead FP&A process improvement projects.

- Ad hoc commercial/financial project analysis.

- Work closely with the Controllership Analyst to ensure FP&A and Controllership activities are aligned.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

The successful candidate:



• Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task, managing own work load.

• Strong attention to detail, with ability to sense check own work and feed upwards.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, including interaction with Senior Management.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Advanced Excel skills (required) and knowledge of SAP/BW (preferred).

• Track history of process improvement.

• Demonstrable understanding of wider commercial environment.

• Bachelors degree and an accredited UK professional finance qualification (or near completion).

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Experience in a media environment is an advantage.
