As a senior member of the Creative Services Team you will be reporting to and deputising for the SVP Creative Services and accountable for managing key franchise titles from the Illumination slate as well as studio franchises such as Fast and Furious, Dark Universe and other key high profile titles. Within this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the day-to-day liaison with creative agencies with regard to the production and post-production of the approved creative marketing campaigns across up to sixty different international territories:

• Digital Marketing - production planning of centralised online breaks including trailers, pre-promote materials, clips and promos as well as online print materials, digital OOH, web media and website files. Liaison with key members the digital, publicity, LA post -production and the external agency resource teams to ensure timely delivery of all materials.

• In Theatre Print - production planning and printing of traditional print materials such as posters, in theatre materials, as well as centralised worldwide OOH and FOH campaigns.

• In Theatre Trailering – production planning, GFX localisation and finishing of digital trailers for in cinema working with LA post-production and locally based agencies for materials cut in the UK.

Managing the above workflow across multiple titles simultaneously spanning all aspects of the marketing campaign with both external and internal departments agencies and stakeholders.

• Responsible for gathering and processing all creative territory information including media deadlines; local title and creative feedback ensuring that the relevant Creative Advertising and Digital contacts are regularly updated regarding all aspects of the feedback.

• Responsible for the efficient negotiation and purchasing of all external agency services including print and POS localisation and production, GFX design and localisation, mixing and subtitling services and associated A/V finishing services. In addition management of all relevant title budgets and reporting of budget numbers an accruals to the SVP and wider finance teams on a monthly basis or as required.

• Responsible for overseeing the performance of the in house digital asset management system; PUMA and, in conjunction with the SVP of Creative Services continue to investigate the potential to develop our processes within the system to further improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of all servicing processes.

• Responsible for ensuring that all communication processes between the territories and the Head Office teams, involved in the delivery of any aspects of the creative campaign, are clear, concise and robust; leading to the timely and efficient delivery of all information and materials to the territories.

• Ensure all creative production and post-production briefs are met on time and within budget.

• Liaise with territories to ensure they are fully aware of campaign directives.

The Who

• 7 - 10 years experience working in a creative production/servicing role preferably within film or advertising

• Highly defined organisational and communication skills with the ability to deliver to deadlines think on your feet and resolve challenging situations.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload under pressure

• Excellent senior negotiating skills

• Ability to follow through on all jobs and ensure they are executed successfully.

• Strong Technical knowledge of all print processes, audio visual production and web media.

• Highly developed Fiscal awareness and budgeting skills
