**Responsibilities**

**Role Summary:**

Universal Brand Development’s Multimedia team manages the vision and voice of our leadership and global brand through five key disciplines: pitch and presentation design, sales materials development, event design, asset management and production.



Reporting to the VP, Multimedia Planning & Production, the Senior Project Manager will be a seasoned individual with experience managing efficient workflow to drive project life cycles, developing tools and processes that increase collaboration and overseeing strategic budget management, including financial planning and forecasting.

**Essential Responsibilities:**



+ Lead workflow and efficiencies for multimedia team, driving projects to on-time completion and/or communicating changes to project timelines/scope/budget as appropriate

+ Facilitate meetings with cross functional stakeholders and executives to initiate new projects, manage priorities of projects, set timeline expectations, manage asset handoff and general tracking of each project

+ Establish schedule and deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress and create reports on project roadmaps to ensure deadlines are met

+ Partner with creative and asset management teams to ensure awareness of deadlines and priorities

+ Provide timely communication to business partners outlining next steps and timelines to ensure alignment

+ Facilitate creative changes based upon stakeholder notes and concerns

+ Problem solve issues that arise with timelines, budget, feedback, shift in direction and unplanned projects

+ Maintain optimal resource balance for multimedia team and manage external vendors based on budgets

+ Oversee archiving of all projects and facilitate wrap up reports as needed

+ Ensure final delivery of all projects meet deadline and budget

+ Provide presentation support on site at meetings and events as needed

+ Manage team members and mentor talent

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications:



+ 7+ years of project management experience required

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; top-notch organizational skills a must

+ Ability to juggle long and short-term deadlines in a dynamic working environment

+ Technical expertise:

+ Strong knowledge/understanding of technical aspects of print and A/V production required

+ Experience in advertising/creative services production and/or post production required

+ Excel skill level 2 is a minimum requirement. Higher levels a plus.

+ Knowledge of Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator and QuickTime Pro.

+ Prior experience working with “C”-level executives

+ Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams

+ Experience working with creative artists a plus

+ Experienced manager with demonstrated team leadership ability

+ Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationallyEligibility Requirements:
