• Co-develop and manage a short and long-term live event strategy aligned with near and future business vision.

• Identify, negotiate and secure/create specific E!-branded events (e.g. Fashion Week, People’s Choice, etc).

• Ensure all live event assets are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content.

• Coordinate cross-functional integration and execution of branded events through appropriate production resources internally and externally.

• Identify and analyze special event KPIs and optimize strategy and tactics accordingly.

• Participate in partnerships meetings with creative and media agencies.

• Lead by example and serve as a brand influencer to benefit the company as a whole.

Responsibilities specific to the People’s Choice Awards:

• Work with Executive Producer to evolve, revamp and introduce E!’s People’s Choice franchise.

• Identify E!’s brand positioning for People’s Choice and identify franchise equity beyond annual awards show.

• Manage People’s Choice franchise, including annual awards show, year round website and digital and social presence, and overall brand franchise potential.

• Oversee dedicated team and liaise with internal E! cross department functions and production staff (1,000 person staff) during award show.

• Lead, manage and develop the structure, staff and production for audience engagement across all People’s Choice activity.

• Manage overall People’s Choice budget.


• 12 years professional experience working in dynamic multimedia environments.

• Proven leader with track record working with consumer centric brands where ideation, content creation and immersive digital content experiences are integral.

• Proven track record leading innovation projects that are impactful and cut through in a viral and non-viral way.

• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to different audiences.

• Willingness to take risks to be at the forefront of new approach and thinking

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing media landscape.
