The Senior Vice President & General Manager of CityWalk has overall responsibility for managing multiple restaurant concepts and tenants relations. Serves as a key member of the senior management with responsibility for leading emerging and established concepts in restaurants and specialty food environments. Oversees all aspects of food and beverage programs across all brands including: the assessment of the current state and on-going development and innovation of food and beverage product strategies and offerings, processes and cost improvement initiatives and other food and beverage related activities. Works closing with various business partners during the development of new venue concepts and the rebranding of existing venues.


+ Responsible for directing managing and developing emerging and established concepts in retail, restaurants, entertainment and specialty dining. Ensures the integration of exceptional guest services standards across multiple concepts, responsible for maximization and operational excellence of food, beverage and the profitability of all venues and outlets.

+ Develops strategic vision and plans for all businesses in the CityWalk complex. Implements operating standards, managements the budget, monitors labor and controls operating costs.

+ Provides analytics as it pertains to guest feedback and works closely with Finance to analyze consumer trends, drive sound product and brand innovation and, to develop strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs and ensure competitive advantage in local markets.

+ Responsible for product development and leads business partners during the development of new concepts and rebranding of existing concepts from inception through completion and work. Develops and implements training programs ensures the proper skills, execution, collaborates on the development of food offerings and ensures alignment with quality standards and the business plan.

**SCOPE:** Responsible for providing leadership and developing and executing operating strategies in support of the overall business plan strategic direction of Universal Orlando Resort, specifically in the areas of Revenue Operations, CityWalk and food & beverage offerings and venue operations. Manages the operating budgets for 17 full service and quick serve venues with three direct reports, 12 General Managers and 107 exempt managers.



+ Exceptional business acumen.

+ Proven experience in food service/restaurant management or, hospitality industry in a senior leadership role with proven outcomes managing multiple concepts including: full service and quick serve restaurants, standalone stores, kiosks and events.

+ Proven experience integrating exceptional standards of guest service across multiple concepts and brand operations.

+ Experience evaluating and analyzing consumer trends, drive product innovations and on-going development.

+ Exceptional communications, organizational and project management skills, with strong ability to collaborate across business.

+ Create a culture of a passion for excellent guest experience.

+ Attention to detail, excellent knowledge of various cuisines, wines and spirits.

+ Results oriented ability to manage multiple venues and tenant relations.

+ Resourceful, prior theme park or theme based hospitality industry experience.

+ Successful experience with menu, product and brand development.

+ Experience working with vendors.

+ High energy, proven track record executing and expanding successful concepts.

**EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree required - Business or Hospitality Management. MBA highly preferred.

**EXPERIENCE:** 10+ years of proven senior level management experience leading emerging and established venue concepts in retail, restaurants and specialty foods;

or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Ability to collaborate and work with multiple departments during all phases of development of new and emerging projects or, the rebranding and enhancement of existing venues. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to anticipate opportunities/issues and implement change to grow the business. Must possess qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to organizational values.
