+ Ability to manage defect tickets - ticket creation to resolution and management reporting

+ Debug and troubleshoot issues such as break fix, how to, access and data reconciliation

+ Experience developing, testing and modifying BPC input templates and reports

+ Capable of working with end-users to understand business processes and system usage

+ Ability to coordinate large-scale user acceptance testing effort

+ Ability to participate in deployment of new system functionality

+ Experience with troubleshooting user system access issues; including hardware configuration and SAP BPC and related software settings

+ Perform special projects, as needed

+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the BU and IT organizations

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

+ Experience with highly complex BPC functional and technical solutions

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

+ Problem solver; must be a team player and work well with minimal supervision

+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks

**Desired Characteristics**

+ Entertainment Industry experience

+ Minimum of 5 years of SAP BPC experience – version 10.1 standard a plus

+ Experience working with offshore support teams

+ Self-motivated team player

+ Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills

+ Minimum of 5 years of work experience
