The purpose of the Sr. Analyst, Web Analytics is to leverage data to optimize performance of all of Telemundo Enterprises’ on-domain, emerging and distribution platforms. This role will be integral to developing and managing all measurement, implementation and product testing for our various analytics software solutions. A key focus of the role will be to surface measureable insights for our Emerging Business, Technology and SEM teams to drive user retention and engagement.

The Sr Analyst will also lead all A/B testing on desktop, mobile and OTT platforms to support business decisions and deliver on improved customer platform experience and business growth.

• Design, create and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards and reports as well as meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) at all levels, including executive summaries and detailed platform performance reports.

• Manage analytics for various platforms including assessing measurement capabilities, overseeing tagging, testing and SDK implementation.

• Partner internally and externally to ensure best practices in metrics and decision making are being maintained.

• Lead custom data visualization efforts for the Telemundo Enterprises’ programming research team

• Maintain an awareness of competitive information and key industry trends to provide context for on domain and off-domain performance.

• Strong research, organizational and analysis capabilities along with solid problem solving skills.

• Coordinate and handle reports on deadline, with short and long lead times

• Able to work in fast paced environment

• Awareness of and eagerness to learn about emerging technologies in social and digital space


• Bachelor’s degree from four year University or College.

• 1-2 years’ experience in research, analytics and digital measurement.

Skills and Abilities:

• Required expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other digital measurement tools

• Working knowledge of digital measurement technology (tagging, web services, digital tools, etc)

• Understanding of emerging research methodology and technology

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Highly organized.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint.

• Able to work independently and with good judgment

• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines

• Strong typing, proofreading and editing skills

• Spanish language fluency preferred– verbal and written.
