Basic Qualifications

+ Member of California bar, or willingness and qualification to be Registered In-House Counsel

+ Minimum five plus years of intellectual property, privacy, defamation, and/or other relevant subject matter expertise

+ Experience in interacting and communicating with all levels of management

+ Outstanding analytic, communication (oral and written) and organizational skillsEligibility Requirements
