**Responsibilities**

Fandango is looking for a Sr. Director of Product to define and deliver a best-in-class consumer experience for products at Fandango. This role is responsible for driving the product vision forward across the various Fandango brands, with a focus on exploring, defining and implementing unique commerce partnerships with large scale third-parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:



• Must have a strong understanding of market opportunities in the tech industry including voice, AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies

• Intimate understanding of business goals and objectives to ensure your vision is aligned with the company

• Lead the design and development of products in partnership with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Experience, Marketing, and Business Development

• Assist Business Development and stakeholders when negotiating opportunities with partners

• Evangelize innovation across the Fandango portfolio of companies

• Define KPIs and analyze metrics to inform the success of products

• Integrate research, market analysis and usability studies into product requirements to maximize user satisfaction and business value

• Command of priorities and analysis of ROI for competing roadmap objectives

• Strong technical understanding of all products from APIs to front-end and how they are architected

• Lead and mentor members of the product team while fostering a test-driven culture where data informs decisions

**Qualifications/Requirements**

We're looking to hire an exceptional individual with a proven track record in the area of product management, particularly within product leadership and innovation. This individual will need to be hands-on, ready for big challenges and grow the business through focused well thought decisions. Specific requirements include:



• Degree in business, communications or another related field

• Command of Agile/SCRUM and BDD so that partnership with engineering is efficient and productive; experience with Gherkin (or similar) is a plus

• 10+ years of product development/management experience overseeing the design, development and launch of successful consumer internet products

• 5+ years leading product owners

• Experience writing technical requirements (such as Swagger docs) is a plus

• Goal-oriented, able to not only conceptualize products but also manage and optimize them throughout their lifecycle

• Excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills

• Proven track record in building web and API products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch; AI, voice and native app experience is a plus

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research data and industry trends

• Experience defining KPIs and successfully delivering value to business based upon deep understanding of the metrics; experience with OKRs are a plus

• Willingness to roll up sleeves and "do whatever it takes" - attention to detail.
