**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications/Requirements**

+ At least 5+ years of experience in marketing which include a combination of CRM acquisition and retention / engagement focus in a consumer oriented business.

+ BS/BA degree required in Business, Marketing or related field.

+ Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

+ Strong knowledge of marketing strategy tactics across all channels, including: web, mobile, customer journeys, automations, paid, direct mail, database marketing, events and social.

+ Tactical experience working with forms, cookies, surveys, newsletters, sweepstakes, videos and referrals.

+ Experience across digital acquisition channels, offline channels and partnerships.

+ Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative CRM acquisition initiatives.

+ Willing to experiment fast and change paths as needed.

+ Experience with marketing automation software and integration with CRM systems is a plus.

+ Must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong quantitative and analytical skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously and setting priorities

+ Experience with Tableau is a plus.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office products

+ Punctual, regular and consistent attendance

+ Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL

+ Must be willing to submit to a background investigation

+ Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

+ Must be 18 years or older
