**Responsibilities**

• Manage implementation of NBCU digital partner investments across the enterprise including BuzzFeed and Vox

• Develop relationship with partner liaison and functional leads; ensure that NBCU is aware of partner strategic priorities, capabilities, business model, content focus and product roadmap

• Build relationships with the NBCU BU leadership including broadcast, cable, film and parks, US and international, to understand priorities; act as an evangelist; identify opportunities for synergies; shepherd collaboration projects through implementation

• Develop and gain buy-in for strategic partnership plan for each player, with clear objectives and measureable KPIs that takes into account partner, NBCU corporate and brand priorities, as well as deal commitments; develop format and cadence for cross company and executive communication of activities, performance and priorities

• Track trends and insights on companies in the digital media landscape via networking, 3rd party research, trade press and earnings/financial reporting; develop format to disseminate intelligence across NBCU

• Create and launch new programs that take advantage of the breadth of NBCU’s portfolio, e.g. social media influencer program

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• 5-6 years experience in partner development, content, sales, strategy, or business development in connection with television, video or digital media distribution.

• Experience in digital media, management consulting, or technology a plus.

• Deeply knowledgeable of current trends in media at the intersection of digital, video content and monetization

• Experience gathering & analyzing research, utilizing both internal and external industry sources; ability to clearly articulate the so what, with a plan of action

• Self-starter with high energy level and tolerance for ambiguity

• Strong interpersonal and internal/external relationship management skills

• Ability to operate effectively in a large, highly decentralized organization

• Excellent skills in presentation (PPT) writing and narrative development for senior executive audiences

• Superior financial analysis skills and sound understanding of business planning/modeling

• MBA a plus
