Fandango seeks an experienced, talented, and passionate Sr. Digital Research Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for market research, exceptional quantitative and qualitative skills, and strong communication that transform analyses into actionable insights.


• Help the Fandango research team identify our internal clients’ business challenges and collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives

• Manage Fandango’s Online Community, which includes identifying areas to research, working with internal teams to synthesize the issues, programming the surveys and providing the analysis from each study

• Be able to interpret data and provide actionable insights on all research and reporting

• Establish and maintain strong relationships between the research department and other functional areas and internal stakeholders

• Present results and findings to internal stakeholders


• Bachelors Degree required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Research.

• Expertise with syndicated tools such as comScore, Nielsen, Simmons a plus

• Working knowledge of SPSS

• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required

• Prior experience managing online communities

• Able to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner for the specific audience

• Experience simultaneously organizing, managing and completing multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner

• Strong customer service skills, experience effectively interacting with a diverse team of people and a team player

• Strong understanding of digital media, e-commerce business models very helpful but not necessary

• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented and assertively diligent

• Must have both strong math acumen and analytical thinking and possess good communication skills -- both face-to-face and written

• Must be a proactive thinker who can handle multiple projects and responsibilities at once

• Must be able to meet tight deadlines
