Summary: This position is very fast paced and will be responsible for supporting the Parking Services department by overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day parking and shuttling needs for guest and team members as well as supervises parking and tollbooth team members. As a parking supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring that all the parking areas and shuttle vehicles are maintained in clean and presentable condition every day. Additionally, this person is responsible in ensuring employees comply with standards and procedures established by the company as well as implementing departmental programs focusing on team member & guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

o Plan daily parking, shuttling as well as Special Events parking needs by ensuring proper areas are staffed and prepared for guest and team member parking

o Mentors and counsels team members and enforce appropriate policies and procedures ensuring that everything is within compliance of departmental standards. Interview, hire and train parking and tollbooth team members

o Ensure a partnership exists with department’s scheduler to ensure that budgeted labor hours are met.

o Respond and resolve guest issues by listening, investigating issues, and ensuring appropriate and timely resolutions based on findings

o Respond and investigate team member concerns and address accordingly.

o Conduct and maintain documentation of parking inspections consisting of general facility maintenance and safety

o Communicate safety issues to the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) department and general maintenance issues to the Technical Services department

o Supervises hourly staff and provides work direction, delegates’ duties, performance reviews, and coaching to the team. Explains how duties are to be done and communicates clear and concise expectations.

o Update job descriptions, standard operating procedures, and handbooks when necessary to ensure all information is current and up to date.

o Reward and recognize team members for above and beyond work performance and build on their strengths

o Understand and uphold the B-192 collective bargaining agreement by partnering with Human Resources and Labor Relations to maintain positive union relationships

o Be knowledgeable and able to manage operating budgets and adjust operations as necessary to maintain budget under control. Setting and meeting financial goals and objectives set forth by the company

o Apply and implement performance standards by proactively thinking on new ideas, concepts and procedures relative to changing business and staffing needs.


o High School diploma or GED required

o Minimum 2 years of leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, including experience in guest service, parking and transportation.

o Must be available to work on weekends, holidays and nights as required

o Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking/traveling to multiple areas

o Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Work and PowerPoint

o Theme Park Operations knowledge
