**Qualifications/Requirements**

Required Qualifications



+ At least 3 years’ experience managing a content-driven sales team that has enjoyed strong monetization growth, and 5+ years of solution-oriented sales experience

+ Proven track record of developing creative advertising and native/branded content solutions for major brands across a variety of consumer categories

+ Experience selling new digital platforms or products to clients

+ Strong CMO-level client direct and senior-level agency relationships

+ Experience working with editorial, custom content, technology, and project management teams

+ Deep understanding of audience acquisition channels (social, email, etc.)

+ Natural-born storyteller

+ Ability to be build strong connections across multiple teams

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Compelling communicator with proven ability to work across departments to get things done
