As an Intern, you will be supporting a fast-paced team to deliver various employee engagement projects and Talent initiatives whilst developing your own skills. You will have the opportunity to make valuable contributions to your department and build your knowledge in order to pursue a career in Talent.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Supporting the Talent Director with interview scheduling as required.

• Supporting the Talent team with various projects, including training, HR initiative launches and Campus key events.

• Creating artwork such as logos, PowerPoint templates, campaign posters etc. for HR and other Corporate Team initiatives and launches.

• Assisting with design, formatting and animation of presentation decks for all events.

• Assisting with management of our social media presence by designing, curating and scheduling content on Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms as directed.

• Acting as a photographer and videographer at internal/external HR/ Corporate events.

• Providing support for planning and day-of, campus-based recruitment events, Healthy Week and other training.

• Identifying content that can be shared on our International HR Wave space and external social media.

• Assisting with annual intern and work experience end-to-end recruitment process (screening CVs/video interviews, sending invites and other candidate communications) and related events.

• Liaising with internal/external stakeholders at various levels on a regular basis

• Contributing to ad-hoc projects as necessary


• A passion for Broadcasting and Media (particularly an interest in film and/or TV) with a desire to develop career in Employee Engagement or Talent

• Strong social media, digital, creative and online skills; Photoshop (essential), Illustrator (preferred), InDesign (preferred); social media knowledge (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.) essential

• Strong office administration and IT skills; confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential)

• Analytical with outstanding attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise and manage workload

• Self-starter and fast learner, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a busy team; proactive approach with a resourceful aptitude

• Proactive and enthusiastic, with ability to work autonomously to deadlines, take initiative and keep calm under pressure

• Interest in media and digital communications

• Awareness of events and current affairs in media industry

• Ability to work with confidential materials discreetly and responsibly

• Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills; confident in communication with senior management

• Willingness to learn and “can-do” attitude

• Previous work experience in a similar environment

Fluent English is essential; additional languages may be useful
