**Responsibilities**

The Broadcast Traffic Coordinator is responsible for maintaining daily commercial logs and working closely with the Traffic Manager, on all other traffic related duties.



Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Create and edit daily commercial logs for main and secondary stations, while maintaining proper break management and adhering to advertiser and station requirements

• Finalize commercial logs, to be sent to Hub Control for play out

• Daily log reconciliation, to ensure correct airing of commercial spots and the adjustment of late runs

• Program formatting

• Assist Local and National Sales Assistants with order entry, commercial make-goods and new advertiser work flows

• Generate various traffic related reports, on an as needed basis

• Perform other traffic related duties, as assigned by Traffic Manager

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Experience/Qualifications:

• Previous Broadcast Traffic related experience preferred

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Working knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic System, a plus

• Must perform well in a fast paced environment, on deadline-driven tasks

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
