**Responsibilities**

**Role Summary:**

Upload Coordinator: Tasked with uploading digital marketing assets (e.g., stills, artwork and print-production files) to enable proper retrieval, and usage and security of images on the Solar System.

**Essential Responsibilities:**



+ QC assets prepared for ingestion into system.

+ Review digitized images to ensure appropriate quality

+ Review assets for correct file naming

+ Upload 4,000+ assets a day using NBCU database software

+ Annotate image property and categorization metadata.

+ Report to QC Manager and work with Traffic Manager to ensure that deadlines are met.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ Experience with Microsoft Office

+ Experience with database software and data entry

+ Knowledge of digital photography file formats

+ Familiarity with digital artwork formats and programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Quark Express, etc.)

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Ability to quickly recognize and record visual details

+ Excellent typing skills

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and security

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment

+ Proficiency in word processing, data-entry, and database operation

+ Strong communication skills

+ Ability to make clear, concise recommendations to management when serious attention is merited

+ Understanding of art design, finishing, separation, pre-press, proofing and printing process

+ Understanding of image, layout, and mechanical file formats and appropriate usage of each.Eligibility Requirements:

+ Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered

+ Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

+ Must be available for overtime as needed in order to meet deadlines

+ Must be able to work 12pm – 9pm.

+ Must be able to work varying schedules upon request. (e.g., 7am – 4pm, 9am – 6pm)

+ Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
