**Responsibilities**

The primary purpose for the VP, Ad Sales Hispanic, is to oversee the Advertising Sales function for the NBCUniversal Hispanic Ad Sales Portfolio.

**Responsibilities:**

Client Relationships



+ A single point of contact for clients/customers in the tri-state area

+ Own the annual sales target in the region for assigned brands

+ Develop integrated packages and programs

+ Represent the entire NBCU Portfolio in some key relationships and deals Negotiation

+ Negotiate complex deals at top management level that affect major aspects of advertising sales division performance in the region; pursue and close challenging and strategic accounts

+ Develop and execute sales strategy across all platforms to maximize revenue

+ Make Deal decisions for assigned brandsLeadership

+ Oversee team of Account Executives and work with Account Services and Planning leadership to provide leadership to sales support staff.

+ Evaluate the performance of advertising sales programs against desired outcomes

+ Perform periodic performance reviews to determine employee eligibility for, among other things, merit increases, bonuses and promotional and transfer opportunitiesCommunication

+ Internally, serve as Brand Leader on assigned brand(s) and develop tools and messaging to all internal parties

+ Represent NBCU in Ad Sales business community and manage relationships with various constituents

+ Communicate and collaborate internally with other departments including Pricing & Planning, Marketing, Research, Marketing and Client Solutions

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ 10 + years extensive Sales/Sales management experience required

+ 5+ years of VP level sales management with Cable multi-platform sales experience

+ Established network of contacts and relationships within the ad sales business Community

+ Prior management/team leadership experienceEligibility Requirements:
