**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications:



+ Minimum 10 years of experience working in transactional entertainment law with a strong preference for experience in motion picture acquisitions

+ In-depth knowledge of the film industry with a proven track record of problem solving legal expertise

+ Excellent negotiating skills and a strong strategist who is able to present, develop and guide negotiations through to closure

+ Superior influencing skills and will be able to gain the respect of, and build a rapport with, multiple constituencies, internally and externally

+ Strong leader and persuasive communicator with a vision; proven ability to self-motivate, work independently as well as collaboratively

+ Superior organizational and communication skills, exceptional ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

+ Juris Doctor (JD) required and active membership in the California State Bar preferredEligibility Requirements:
