**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications/Requirements**

**EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required. Advanced degree preferred. Degrees (preferred) in statistics and/or advanced mathematics. Engineering or applicable science degrees degrees will also be considered.

**EXPERIENCE:** 15+ years marketing analytics and supporting technology management experience supporting paid, owned and earned media and customer experience:



+ Proficiency in creating and leveraging advanced analytics and techniques to discover, define, distill and communicate strategic insights and recommendations

+ Deep experience in building and leading a diverse and global team of marketing technologists and analytics professionals

+ Experience in developing and managing media mix and attribution

+ Expert knowledge of Enterprise Marketing Management tools and systems

+ Expert knowledge of customer centric driven marketing strategies and programs

+ Experience in managing technology partnership relationships both internal and external

+ Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills, and be able to explain complex concepts both concisely and simply

+ Proven ability to maintain a high-level of client service

+ Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic initiatives

+ Experience with project management and creative tools and resourcesBudget Management
