**Responsibilities**

Job Summary

The Vice President, Late Night, NBC Entertainment Digital will help guide and coordinate the overall Late Night digital strategy and help oversee the digital activities of NBC’s late night team, including a cross-functional team from production, video, marketing, product, creative and advertising fulfillment. The Vice President must be able to work across these groups and creative organizations while assisting in setting and coordinating the strategic digital objectives and initiatives across NBC’s late night brands. This individual will manage late night digital activity by communicating and collaborating with a variety of internal and external partners.



Essential Responsibilities:



+ Coordinate the overall development and implementation of a variety of digital opportunities for Late Night programs, including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Saturday Night Live and Late Night with Seth Meyers.

+ Build and maintain relationships with late night show production teams and NBC digital teams in order to communicate and execute on the digital goals and strategy of each while combining creative and business goals.

+ Ability to manage development of digital integration, content and marketing opportunities for late night programming, with an understanding of what works and what may not across digital platforms and production workflows.

+ Position NBC Late Night Digital as a leader and innovator in the field by collaborating with NBCU’s digital partners, Internal NBCU teams and production partners.

+ Analyze and evaluate the performance of products, features and digital initiatives and develop recommendations to be shared across the organization and with senior management.

+ Coordinate and communicate social, digital marketing and integration activity to drive promotion.

+ Work with the NBC product, marketing, social and creative teams to create activations and initiatives organic to each platform.

+ Ongoing analysis of new growth areas and help build internal and external relationships to further late night digital goals.

+ Minimum 10+ years of digital media experience

+ Ability to work with product teams to communicate requirements

+ Knowledge of late night television landscape and current trends

+ Deep understanding of the digital field and the ability to create actionable plans that utilize cutting edge digital opportunities

+ A demonstrated track record of developing outstanding digital experiences for consumers

+ Must be well-organized, diplomatic and able to juggle many roles while maintaining a “big picture” view of business goals

+ Strong inter-personal skills and practical knowledge of the industry (including legal guidelines, technical requirements to accomplish goals, talent restrictions and competitive landscape)

+ Ongoing focus on innovation

+ Able to work effectively with creative individuals, business and legal representatives

+ Strong project management skills with an emphasis on prioritization and multiple project organization

+ Enjoy working both as an individual & flexible team player

+ Bachelor’s degreeEligibility Requirements:
