Role Purpose

The VP, Program Management for Digital and Emerging Technologies is a dynamic and seasoned program management/technologist who is passionate about envisioning and developing world class digital capabilities that would enable our varied businesses and brands to achieve their business goals. As a senior member of the team, the role would include assisting in the development and execution of the digital strategy, collaborating with various technology teams in execution of programs and initiatives as well as, providing leadership in the establishment of digital program management excellence across the organization to maximize use and reuse of digital technology assets that drive content creation, distribution and engagement.

Overall, the role is a trusted technology partner and liaison business and technology stakeholders and is a key participant in defining, developing and driving the digital and innovation agenda for the company.


+ Assists Digital Technology Leadership in discovering, documenting and analyzing various products and services Operations &Technical Services provides in the digital space to various brands and businesses.

+ Assist in planning and running work out sessions with an end goal of delivering a comprehensive O&TS digital strategy, roadmap and supporting business case.

+ Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers in developing a product vision and execution strategy.

+ Collaborate with technical teams across the organization to refine agile development methodologies, put squads in place.

+ Lead the cross functional prioritization, communications and risk management.

+ Lead a team of project managers/scrum masters that focus on the day to day execution and delivery aspects.

+ Own communications and updates to business/brand stakeholders as well as executive leadership teams

+ Collaborate with finance teams to develop and implement a costing and charge back methodology. Maintain fiscal discipline for team

+ Lead the development and maintenance of technical documentation and key artifacts of the digital strategy.


Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelors Degree

+ 10+ years successful project and program management experience

+ Seven years managing project teams

+ Self-starter and collaborator with the ability to engage with stakeholders directly, set agenda and goals and drive the conversation to achieve goals

+ Experience with the Agile methodology and process

+ Ability to work and communicate clearly and effectively with project managers and developers

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrentlyEligibility Requirements

+ Must be willing to work in New York

+ Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

+ Must be 18 years or older
