SUMMARY: Provides Universal Way Service Standards in distributing Wardrobe for each individual Team Member Guest. Ensures that each wardrobed Universal Orlando Team Member has the necessary resources to look and feel professional for the guests. Maintains a clean work area, sorts garments to the laundry and ensures proper tracking of garments being issued. Ensures quality garments are show ready for the guests.







ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:





+ Provides Team Member Guests with garments in a professional manner daily. This process includes providing the service at Universal Way Serve Standards, ensuring that the wardrobe lines are full and noting any exceptions, and completing all required duties for assigned inventory responsibility.



+ Scans, quality checks and hangs clothes being received from various cleaners daily.



+ Operates a computerized garment tracking system daily.



+ Operates machinery such as washing equipment, RFID scanning equipment.



+ Sells shoes when asked to and keeps shoe clean when leaving and printing out and logging shoe invoices and any comps that may have completed.



+ Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.



+ Perform other duties as assigned.









SCOPE: Team Member will be responsible for the Inventory of the Wardrobe Facility. To include using a computerized inventory system. Team Member will quality check each garment as it arrives from cleaners. Team Members will scan all items in and out of the building to ensure proper location identification.











Requirements







QUALIFICATIONS:



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:



Consistent attendance is a job requirement.







EDUCATION:





+ High school degree or GED is required.





EXPERIENCE: 0-1 Year experience cash handling and using a POS system.







PHYSICAL DEMANDS:



While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to:





+ Regularly (2/3 of the time or more) stand and walk for prolonged periods (including ability to walk at a given pace that is predetermined by a moving sidewalk); hear audible alarms, voice commands with background noise; use hands and fingers to grip, pinch, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach, pull, push with hands and arms above/below head; repeat motions more than twice per minute; use repetition-using an input device-a keyboard or mouse-in a steady manner.



+ Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) talk; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; lift up to 50 pounds with control; maintain alertness and attentiveness up to 4 hours while working varying hours; work in small or tight spaces; maintain concentration/focus (e.g., ability to interpret the work environment and make decisions on predetermined operating policies and procedure).



+ Occasionally (1/3 of the time or less) sit for prolonged periods; climb stairs/ladders; push up to 10 pounds with control; balance; work in varied light conditions including low or diminished lighting; adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus while in changing light conditions e.g., sunshine to indoor or dark conditions).



+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); distance vision with or without corrective lens.(clear vision at 20 feet or more); depth perception (vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); peripheral vision(ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point).









WORK ENVIRONMENT:



While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to:





+ Occasionally (1/3 of the time or less) be exposed to bodily fluids (blood, vomit); require a valid Florida state driver’s license; use a motorized company vehicle or a leased or personal vehicle for company business.



+ Be exposed to a moderate noise level work environment.
