The Warehouse Assistant 2 is responsible for the transportation and delivery of production elements between the warehouse facilities and the Studios. The Warehouse Assistant 2 is also responsible for ensuring the safe and proper transportation of personnel and/or elements for production.

+ Assists in maintaining and updating the detailed control/inventory count of all items pertaining to each assigned novela and/or set

+ Assists production personnel in identifying and locating items in the warehouse

+ Delivers specific items as needed to different departments

+ Responsible for ensuring the proper packaging of items for transportation and/or storage

+ Assists in restocking items on racks upon delivery

+ Utilizes fork lift as needed to remove and add items from and to the warehouse

+ Responsible for ensuring the proper and safe usage of assigned Warehouse truck and any other assigned company vehicle(s) to and from studios and other different locations as needed

+ Prepares daily report/form that provides information pertaining to all routes driven throughout the day as well as a bumper to bumper vehicle check to identify any damages/issues

+ Responsible for reporting any incidents (i.e. accidents, driving tickets etc.) or maintenance issues immediately to the Fleet Manager

+ Adheres to all federal and state driving laws, regulations, and procedures

+ Works under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Coordinator and/or Warehouse Lead and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

+ Ensures that all work is done under the technical guidelines and operations procedures of Telemundo Studios’ infrastructure and adheres to EHS/OSHA regulations and procedures

+ Follows policies, applicable laws, and regulations to protect his/her own health and safety as well as that of other workers, the public, and the environment

+ Presents ideas that support EHS goals and policies to your business or EHS leader

+ Raises concerns about possible violations of EHS policies to your manager, business and EHS Leader


+ Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse logistics and operations

+ Prior work experience using a fork lift

+ Basic knowledge in the production of novelas/soap operas and TV

+ Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

+ Must be fully fluent in Spanish

+ Ability to lift over 10 lbs of item(s) used in props and/or sets

+ Must be able to perform physical activities required of this position which includes, but is not limited to, climbing, lifting, balancing stooping, and handling of materials.

+ Must be able to perform job at locations in and outside work environment with varying weather conditions

+ Clean driving record

+ Must be willing to work in the greater Miami, Florida area

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Must have a valid driver’s license

+ Must be “on call” 24 hours a day / 7 days a week

+ Must be fluent in Spanish (speak, read & write)

+ Must be willing to facilitate personnel requirements including late and/or last minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environment.

+ Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

+ Must be available to work (whenever necessary for show production) early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and natural disaster emergencies.

+ Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

+ Ability to work regular hours.
